With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MFLOUR, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. MFLOUR-CH is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 September 2023 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The MFLOUR-CH is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 September 2023, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 13 October 2023, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 06 December 2023, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 16 January 2024, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 14 March 2024 and the Term Sheet for the MFLOUR-CH dated 10 May 2024. A summary of the principal terms of the MFLOUR-CH is set out in Table 1.
