The Board of Directors is pleased to inform that its associate company, MX Global Sdn Bhd, has on 9 May 2024 received an approval from Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) dated 8 May 2024 to facilitate the trading of Worldcoin (WLD) token as a permissible Digital Asset to be traded on Digital Asset Exchange, pursuant to Paragraph 15.17 of the Guidelines on Recognized Markets, subjects to the conditions as imposed by SC.

Pursuant to the above concurrence, the token shall now be included in the list of permitted Digital Assets to be traded along with Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Cardano (ADA), Chainlink (LINK), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Solana (SOL), Uniswao (UNI), Avalance (AVAX), Polygon (MATIC), Polkadot (DOT) and Cosmos (ATOM).
