On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that based on the valid dividend reinvestment forms received by the share registrar of the Company, Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, RHB Bank will be issuing 73,141,449 DRP Shares. The DRP Shares to be issued represent approximately 83.29% of 87,812,350 DRP Shares, being the total number of DRP Shares that would have been issued had all the entitled shareholders of RHB Bank elected to reinvest the Electable Portion into DRP Shares.
