Reference is made to the announcement dated 10 May 2024 in relation to the Proposed Transfer of Listing.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Fibromat ("Board"), M & A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Board had deliberated on the Proposal Letter and agreed to undertake the Proposed Transfer of Listing which entails the following:
(a) proposed voluntary withdrawal of listing of Fibromat from the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities pursuant to Rules 8.05 and 8.06 of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Proposed Withdrawal”); and
(b) proposed listing of and quotation for the entire enlarged issued share capital of Fibromat on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities pursuant to Rules 3A.02(1) and 3A.02(2) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Proposed Listing”).
(Collectively referred to as the “Proposed Transfer of Listing”)
