We refer to the Company's announcements made on 29 August 2023 (Ref No. GA1-29082023-00095), 24 January 2024 (Ref No. GA1-24012024-00044) and 26 January 2024 (Ref No. GA1-26012024-00013) in relation to Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 23 August 2023 filed at the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur (WA-22NCvC-470-08/2023) ("the Suit"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements.

The Board of Directors of TVHB wish to announce that the hearing for the Striking Out application previously fixed on 23 May 2024 at 10.00 a.m. via Zoom was vacated by the High Court.

At the case management via e-review today, attended by solicitors of Toyo Ink Group Berhad ("TIGB"), the Court has fixed TIGB's Striking Out application against Phu My Vinh Consulting Investment & Trading Service Company Limited to be heard physically in KL High Court on 30 August 2024 at 9:00 a.m.
