PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF AN INDUSTRIAL LAND LOCATED IN DAERAH SEBERANG PERAI TENGAH, NEGERI PULAU PINANG BY ECA ADVANCED SOLUTIONS SDN BHD, A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF ECA, FOR A PURCHASE CONSIDERATION OF RM7,963,900.80 TO BE SATISFIED ENTIRELY VIA CASH ("PROPOSED ACQUISITION")

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 21 May 2024 (“Announcement”) in respect of the aforesaid matter. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) The expiry date of the 60-year lease.
2) The timeframe for submission of the relevant application to Penang State Authority.
3) The following information with reference to Appendix I of the Announcement:

• Clause 6.2(b) – The rate of the upfront interest payable by the Purchaser for the Extended Period.
• Clause 11.2 – The forfeitable sum as stated in Section 4 of the Second Schedule of the Agreement

4) To make available for inspection the valuation certificate and/or report by MacReal International Sdn Bhd.
