Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by UUE Holdings Berhad dated 28 May 2024.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 28 May 2024 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 18 June 2024.

In the event there is any changes to the timetable, we will advertise the notice of changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper in Malaysia, and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
