We refer to the announcement made by PIE dated 22 April 2024 and our announcement dated 25 April 2024 in relation to the special single tier interim dividend of 2 sen per share ("Special Dividend").
In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 18 May 2023, the terms and conditions of PIE-CK shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
