The Board of Directors of Vizione wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vizione Builder Sdn. Bhd. on 29 May 2024 accepted the Letter of Award from Midlands City Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201401019985 (1096071-V)] as Main Contract Works to design, build and deliver the construction for Phase 2 and 3 of the Project amounting to RM250,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Fifty Million Only) on the broad terms and conditions set forth herein.
