The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 May 2024 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 28 May 2024.

Accordingly, the name of the Company had been changed from "SIME DARBY PLANTATION BERHAD" to "SD GUTHRIE BERHAD" with effect from 28 May 2024.
