Pursuant to Rule 10.06 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors’ of Cabnet wishes to announce that on 30 May 2024, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Cabnet Systems (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“the Purchaser”) has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Axventure Sdn. Bhd. (“the Vendor”) for the acquisition of all that piece of freehold land held under HS(D) 296619 PT 5911, Pekan Puchong Perdana, District of Petaling, State of Selangor together with a unit of three and a half storey semi-detached factory unit erected thereon at the purchase price of Ringgit Malaysia Eight Million and Three Hundred Thousand (RM8,300,000-00) only.
