The Closing Price of RM19.7243 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of PETDAG shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than PETDAG-C8's Exercise Price of RM23.00, holders of PETDAG-C8 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised PETDAG-C8 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the PETDAG-C8 shall terminate absolutely.
