The Board of Directors of KIMLUN is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kimlun Sdn Bhd had accepted the award of a construction contract from Saujana Development Sdn Bhd for a high rise residential development in Seksyen U2, Shah Alam, Selangor.

The contract value of the contract is RM234,270,050.90.

The construction work is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.

The project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of KIMLUN Group for the financial years during the contract period.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above contract.
