We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SPSETIA by way of market making.

The SPSETIA-C84 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The SPSETIA-C84 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2023. The SPSETIA-C84 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 20 October 2023, First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 19 December 2023, Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 February 2024, Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 29 March 2024 and Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 21 May 2024.
