Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 27 September 2023, 5 October 2023, 27 November 2023, 21 February 2024, 13 March 2024, 15 April 2024 and 28 May 2024.

 

The Board of Directors of Ingenieur Gudang Berhad (“Board”) wishes to announce that during the case management held today via Zoom, the Court has given the following directions :-

 

  1. Plaintiff is to file issues to be tried and list of witnesses in respect of the main suit by 21 June 2024;
  2. Defendant is to proceed to file issues to be tried, common bundle of documents and statement of agreed facts by 21 June 2024; and
  3. Case management is fixed on 21 June 2024 via Zoom.

 

The Board will make further announcements on any material development of the suit in due course.
