On behalf of the Board of Directors of Engtex, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of up to 414,303,807 new ordinary shares in Engtex (“Bonus Share(s)”) on the basis of 3 Bonus Shares for every 4 existing ordinary shares in Engtex held by the shareholders of Engtex whose names appear in the Company’s Record of Depositors on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later, upon the receipt of all relevant approvals (“Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares”).
