The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Offer.

We refer to OSK Property's previous announcements in relation to the Offer.

We wish to inform that the Company has today received a press notice ("Press Notice") from RHB Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that the Offeror had, on 26 October 2015, despatched to the holders of the Offer Shares who have not accepted the Offer as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on 9 October 2015 and other shareholders of OSK Property who are still holding OSK Property Shares subsequent to the suspension of trading in the securities of OSK Property with effect from 9.00 a.m. (Malaysian time) on 20 October 2015 ("Dissenting Shareholders"), the notice pursuant to Section 222 of the Capital Markets and Services Act, 2007 which states the intention of the Offeror to compulsorily acquire the remaining OSK Property Shares held by the Dissenting Shareholders, together with the statutory declaration by the Offeror confirming that the conditions for the despatch of the notice to the Dissenting Shareholders have been fulfilled.

All the Dissenting Shareholders will be paid in cash equivalent to the cash offer price of RM1.95 for each OSK Property Share to be compulsorily acquired and the compulsory acquisition exercise will be on the same terms and conditions set out in the Offer Document dated 10 August 2015 or such other terms as the High Court thinks fit, on application made to it by the Dissenting Shareholders.
