The Board of Directors of MAXWELL wishes to announce that the Company has on 27 June 2019 entered into an MOU with Chiew Sai Yean (“Vendor”) who is the legal and beneficial owner of 500,000 ordinary shares (representing the entire share capital) of NTH Global Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1223202-T) (“NTH”) (“Sale Shares”), for discussions with the view to explore a potential acquisition by MAXWELL of the Sale Shares from the Vendor (“Proposed Acquisition”).
