We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 35,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of GENM by way of market making.
The GENM-C2V is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023. The GENM-C2V is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 September 2023. The obligations of MCSM under GENM-C2V are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023.
