We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 5 April 2024 and 8 April 2024. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements. The board of directors of Sunmow wishes to announce that during the case mention which was held on 6 May 2024, the Defendants had filed their defence and counterclaim. Sunmow has filed the reply to defence and the defence to counterclaim on 24 May 2024 which have been served on the Defendants on 25 May 2024. The Defendants have applied for an extension of time to file the amended defence, pending approval from the Court. Further announcements on the material development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course. This announcement is dated 10 June 2024. |
