The Board of Directors of Bintai is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn.Bhd has today received and accepted two Sub-contracts for construction of 2 housing projects located at Mukim Jalan Bakri, Muar, Johor from Lu Chin Poh Construction Sdn. Bhd. The awarded amounts are RM 7.6 million and RM14.7 million respectively, totaling RM 22.3 million. The Sub-contracts work includes execution, construction, completion and maintenance of the Building Work and Infrastructure Work.

The detailed information of two Sub-contracts are as follows:

i. To construct and build 8 units of double-storey semi-detached houses at Lot 3712, GM1997 Mukim Jalan Bakri, Daerah Muar, Johor Darul Ta’zim for Fershing Property Sdn Bhd ("FPSB") with a contract sum of RM7,600,000; and

ii. To construct and build 21 units of double-storey terrace houses at Lot 3713, GM1644 (Lot Baru 4833) Mukim Jalan Bakri, Daerah Muar, Johor Darul Ta’zim for FPSB with a contract sum of RM14,700,000.

(collectively referred to as "Projects")

The construction period for the Sub-contracts shall be 15 months. The commencement date of the Projects is immediate and the completion date is by 1st September 2025.

The Sub-contracts will contribute positively to the earnings of the Bintai Group over the next two financial years.

No major risk is foreseeable on the Sub-contracts except on normal business risks.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Bintai or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the Sub-contracts.
