(“SNS Network”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 12 June 2024 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with Agmo Studio Sdn. Bhd. (“Agmo Studio”) to explore potential collaboration opportunities to exchange technical expertise and industrial knowledge to co-launch the first Digital Transformation as a service for Generative Articial Intelligence in Malaysia.
