- AWARD OF A PROJECT ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF ONE BLOCK OF BUILDING LOCATED AT JALAN TUN HS LEE

We refer to IQZAN’s announcement dated 12 June 2024 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:

1) The date of completion of the acquisition of Kacon Construction Sdn. Bhd. (“KCSB”).  

2) The details of the project owner that awarded the contract including the name, principal business activities, its directors and substantial shareholders.

3) The specific scope of work to be undertaken by KCSB on the Project.

4) The tenure of the contract.

5) The expected commencement and completion date of the Project.

6) The source of funds for KCSB / Iqzan Group to undertake the contract.

7) The details of the relevant authorities’ approval obtained /submitted for the Project and the status todate.

8) Whether the contract will result in the diversification in operations of Iqzan Group into construction business pursuant to Paragraph 10.13 of the Main Market Listing Requirements and the justification.
