The IJM-C85 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 May 2024 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The IJM-C85 is subject to terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2024 and the Term Sheet dated 20 June 2024.
The IJM-C85 will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2024.
