Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 19 December 2023, in relation to the Proposed Disposal.
The Board of Directors of Cloudaron wishes to announce that following further discussion between the Purchaser and the Vendor, the parties had via a letter dated 20 June 2024 mutually agreed to terminate the Share Sale Agreement ("SSA").
Following the effective date of the termination, neither party shall have any further obligations or liabilities under the SSA.
