The Board of Directors of KHIB wishes to announce that Kein Hing Industry Sdn. Bhd. (“KHI”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a new subsidiary namely KHI Eduhouse Sdn. Bhd. (“KHIE”) in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 2016 on 19 June 2024.

KHIE (Company No. 202401024410) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of KHI. The issued share capital of KHIE is RM1.00 for 1 ordinary share only.

The intended principal activity of KHIE is to carry on the business of establishing, managing and operating private pre-schools, early childhood education and daycare services.

The incorporation of KHIE will not have any material impact on the earnings and net assets of KHIB Group for the financial year ending 30 April 2025.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect in the incorporation of KHIE.
