We refer to the announcements dated 16 April 2024, 22 April 2024, 13 May 2024, 20 May 2024, 5 June 2024 and 12 June 2024. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in that announcement.
The Board of Directors of Comfort Gloves Berhad (“CGB”) wishes to announce that on 24 June 2024, GQ attended a case management before the High Court and informed the Court that GQ has filed an application to transfer its proceedings to be heard together with CRGI’s proceedings (“GQ’s Application”). The DGIR did not object to GQ’s Application. The High Court will hear GQ’s Application on 17 July 2024.
On 25 June 2024, CRGI also attended a case management before the High Court. CRGI apprised the Court on GQ’s Application. The Court set the next case management on 25 July 2024 for CRGI to update on the status of GQ’s Application.
The Company will provide updates from time to time of any material development on this matter.
