The Board of Directors of Velocity wishes to announce that the Company has on 27 June 2024 entered into a Shares Sale Agreement with MMAG Holdings Berhad, for the disposal of 850,000 ordinary shares in Cipta X Sdn Bhd (formerly known as CSH Solutions Sdn Bhd), representing 85% of the entire issued share capital in Cipta X, for a total cash consideration of RM20 million.
