We refer to the Company's announcement on 30 March 2023 in relation to the Partnership Agreement ("the Agreement") entered into by the Company with East Logistic-Link Co., Ltd ("EL"), a wholly-owned agency of GACC, for the Company to jointly provide a full suite of cross-border trade facilitation services on the Zetrix blockchain platform (ZTrade services”).

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the connectivity deployment of ZTrade services to GACC’s Single Window platform.

Following the signing of the 'Joint Statement of the Ministry of Finance of Malaysia and GACC on Single Window Cooperation in Cross-Border Trade' on 19 June 2024, the Company received notification letters dated 27 June 2024 from EL, on the connectivity deployment with ZTrade services for the following cross-border trade facilitation services:

1. Recognition of Certificate of Origin issued by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia and GACC; and
2. Recognition of Phytosanitary Certificate and other product certificates issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security of Malaysia and GACC.

Accordingly, with the completion of this deployment, live connectivity of the ZTrade services to GACC’s Single Window platform is now enabled. Please refer to https://ztrade.ztradefi.com/ for more details.
