The Board of Directors of MMIS ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company has decided to cease the services of Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd as a Continuing Adviser on 30 June 2024 following the end of the 4th full financial year after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities on 6 September 2019.

Whilst the Company had only needed to appoint a Continuing Adviser for 3 full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) as required under Rule 3.12(1) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the additional year of services by the Continuing Adviser had allowed the Board to better comply with the relevant requirements of Bursa Securities.
