Working experience and occupation	Dr Blake Dang Kuok Siang ("Blake") first joined Mynews Retail Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, in January 2019 as an Executive Assistant to Mr Dang Tai Wen (currently the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company) assisting him in Special Projects and Business Development. He was re-designated as General Manager (Food) in January 2023 and has been a Director of Mycu Retail Sdn Bhd, another wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, since its inception. Dr Blake started his career as a Medical Doctor in Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia in 2010. He was a House Officer in Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru and subsequently a Medical Officer in Hospital Banting prior to joining Mynews.
Directorships in public companies and listed issuers (if any)	Save for this appointment as an Alternate Director in the Company, he has no other directorship in any other public companies and listed issuers.
Family relationship with any director and/or major shareholder of the listed issuer	He is the son of Mr Dang Tai Hock, an Executive Director of Mynews Holdings Berhad. He is a nephew to Mr Dang Tai Luk, the Executive Chairman and Mr Dang Tai Wen, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Any conflict of interests that he/she has with the listed issuer	Save for the relationship with the Executive Directors, he has no other conflict of interest with the Company.
