Reference is made to the announcement dated 23 September 2015 in respect to the decision of Bursa Securities to de-list the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities (“De-listing”) and the announcement dated 25 September 2015 in respect of the appeal by the Company against the De-listing. In the letter of appeal, the Company has also provided further updates to Bursa Securities on the progress of the formulation of the regularisation plan since the previous update on 14 September 2015, including among others, finalisation of the definitive terms of the proposed joint management arrangement, finalisation of detailed scheme including the settlement sum for the lenders.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has on even date written to the Company and inform that the decision of the Listing Committee is final and reiterated that the securities of the Company will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities on Tuesday, 29 September 2015.
