The Board of Directors of DSR Taiko (“Board”) wishes to inform that Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd has ceased to act as the Continuing Adviser of the Company with effect from 1 July 2024 following the expiry of their continuing adviser agreement as well as the completion of their obligations as the submitting Approved Advisor pursuant to Rule 3.12 of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements.
The Company is currently looking for another Continuing Adviser and will make the necessary announcement in due course.
