Reference is made to the announcement dated 18 August 2015 in respect to the Appeal.

M&A Securities Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Company, wishes to announce that after due consideration of all the facts and circumstances of the matter including the written representation of the Company, Bursa Securities vide its letter dated 23 September 2015, has decided to:-

(a)        dismiss the Company’s further appeal for an extension of time to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval; and

(b)        de-list the securities of Octagon from the Official List of Bursa Securities pursuant to Paragraph 8.04 of the Main LR.

In the circumstances, the securities of the Company will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon the expiry of two (2) market days from the date of this announcement i.e. on Tuesday, 29 September 2015.
