Further to the announcement dated 10 September 2015 made by the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”) on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that M&A Securities has been appointed as the Principal Adviser to the Company to conceptualise and finalise a regularisation proposal to address its PN17 status.

The Company/M&A Securities will make the necessary announcement upon finalising the regularisation proposal in accordance with the PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
