We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the BURSA Shares. BURSA-C84 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 1 December 2023 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. BURSA-C84 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2023, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 2 February 2024, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 May 2024 and the Term Sheet dated 9 July 2024. BURSA-C84 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of BURSA-C84 is set out in the attachment. |
