We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 36,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of YTL by way of market making.
The YTL-C89 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023. The YTL-C89 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 September 2023. The obligations of MCSM under YTL-C89 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023.
