The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Life Publishers Berhad (“LPB”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has been placed under members' voluntary winding-up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Malaysia Companies Act 2016. LPB is currently dormant and there is no future plan to activate this company.

Mr. Sathiea Seelean a/l Manickam of Sathiea & Co (NF 2830) of No. 14-2, 2 Rio Tower, Persiaran Rio Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia, has been appointed as Liquidator, for liquidation purpose.

The voluntary winding-up of LPB does not have any material effect on the consolidated earnings and net assets of the Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2025.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the voluntary winding-up.
