The Company wishes to announce that the following six (6) dormant subsidiaries of the Company (“Dormant Subsidiaries”) have been placed under member’s voluntary winding-up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2016 (“Voluntary Winding-Up”), and Ms. Mak Chooi Peng has been appointed as Liquidator for the winding up purpose. These Dormant Subsidiaries are currently dormant and there is no future plan to activate these Dormant Subsidiaries:-

1. Antioni Sdn. Bhd.
2. Asia Brands Assets Management Sdn. Bhd.
3. Asia Brands Global Sdn. Bhd.
4. Bumcity Sdn. Bhd.
5. Diesel Marketing Sdn. Bhd.
6. Mickey Junior Sdn. Bhd.

The Voluntary Winding-Up of these Dormant Subsidiaries do not have any material effect on the consolidated earnings and net assets of the ABB Group for the financial year ended 31 March 2024.

None of the directors or major shareholders of ABB or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Voluntary Winding-Up.
