With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of ECOWLD, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

ECOWLD-C32 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 September 2023 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The ECOWLD-C32 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 September 2023, First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 13 October 2023, Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 06 December 2023, Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 16 January 2024, Forth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 14 March 2024, Fifth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 02 July 2024 and the Term Sheet for the ECOWLD-C32 dated 22 July 2024.
