We wish to announce that SCOMNET-CB expired at 5.00 p.m. on 26 July 2024 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of SCOMNET-CB x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of SCOMNET-CB x (RM1.4335 - RM1.5000) x (1/3)
= Number of SCOMNET-CB x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 1.4335 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the SCOMNET Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and SCOMNET-CB shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of SCOMNET-CB shall terminate absolutely.
