We wish to announce that GENM-C2P has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 July 2024 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of GENM-C2P x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of GENM-C2P x (RM2.5720 - RM2.7000) x (1/3)
= Number of GENM-C2P x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM2.5720 was determined based on the average closing price of the GENM Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised GENM-C2P will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to GENM-C2P shall terminate absolutely.
