SEHB wishes to announce that it has on 11 August 2015, received a press notice from MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad on behalf of MCC LABL2 Netherlands B.V. ("Offeror") informing the following:-

(a) As at 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Tuesday, 11 August 2015, the Offeror has received valid acceptances from the holders of the Offer Shares for a total of 37,873,026 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in SEHB ("SEHB Shares"), representing 90.87% of the issued and paid-up share capital of SEHB, resulting in the Offeror holding in aggregate, together with such SEHB Shares that are already held or entitled to be acquired or held, more than 90% of the voting shares of SEHB. Accordingly, the Offer has become unconditional as of Tuesday, 11 August 2015; and

(b) The closing date and time for acceptance of the Offer have been extended from 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Wednesday, 12 August 2015 to 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Wednesday, 26 August 2015 ("Final Closing Date"). The Notice of the said extension has been despatched to the holders of the Offer Shares accordingly. Save for the Final Closing Date, all other details, terms and conditions of the Offer remain unchanged.
