We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 50,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of WCT by way of market making.
The WCT-C32 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023. The WCT-C32 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 September 2023. The obligations of MCSM under WCT-C32 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023.
