Super wishes to announce that it has on 27 July 2015, received a press notice from MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad on behalf of MCC LABL2 Netherlands B.V. ("Offeror") informing that the closing date and time for acceptance of the Offer has been extended from 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Wednesday, 29 July 2015 to 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) to Wednesday, 12 August 2015 ("Revised Closing Date"). The Notice of the said extension has been despatched to the shareholders of Super on 27 July 2015. 

Save for the Revised Closing Date, all other details, terms and conditions of the Offer remain unchanged.
