Adjustments to the subscription price and number of outstanding warrants of HeveaBoard Berhad ("HeveaBoard") constituted by the deed poll dated 18 January 2010 ("Deed Poll") ("Warrants 2010/2020") pursuant to the share split involving the subdivision of every one (1) ordinary share of RM1.00 each into four (4) ordinary shares of RM0.25 each in HeveaBoard held as at 5.00 p.m. on 23 July 2015 ("Entitlement Date") ("Share Split")
Pursuant to the Share Split, details of which are set out in the announcement dated 30 April 2015, the subscription price of the Warrants 2010/2020 will be revised from RM1.00 to RM0.25 while an additional 119,848,398 Warrants 2010/2020 will be listed and quoted on 24 July 2015 (collectively, the "Adjustments"). The Adjustments will take effect on 24 July 2015, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date for the Share Split, in accordance with the memorandum dated 18 January 2010 to the Deed Poll. The Notice to Warrantholders containing details of the Adjustments will be despatched to the holders of Warrants 2010/2020 in due course.
