Pursuant to the rights issue with warrants exercise undertaken by the Company, details of which are set out in the announcement dated 2 March 2015, the exercise price of the warrants 2013/ 2018 ("Warrants B") has been revised from RM0.33 to RM0.31 while an additional 24,577,496 Warrants B (excluding fractional entitlements which were disregarded) (collectively, the "Adjustments") will be listed and quoted on 14 July 2015. 

The Adjustments took effect from 9.00 a.m. on 16 June 2015, being the next market day following the entitlement date for the rights issue with warrants exercise on 15 June 2015, in accordance with Conditions 3(A)(iv), 3(A)(v) and 3(F) of the Third Schedule and Paragraphs 1(E) and 1(K) of the Fourth Schedule of the deed poll dated 19 August 2013 constituting the Warrants B.

The Notice to Warrant holders containing details of the Adjustments will be despatched to the holders of the Warrants B on 14 July 2015.
