HEVEA-WB - Notice of Book Closure

Adjustments to the subscription price and number of outstanding warrants of HeveaBoard Berhad ("HeveaBoard") constituted by the deed poll dated 18 January 2010 ("Warrants 2010/2020") pursuant to the subdivision of every one (1) existing ordinary share of RM1.00 each into four (4) ordinary shares of RM0.25 each in HeveaBoard ("Subdivided Shares") held by the shareholders of HeveaBoard as at 5.00 p.m. on 23 July 2015 ("Entitlement Date") ("Share Split") ("Adjustments").

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Adjustment” as from: 21 Jul 2015
2)  The last date of lodgment : 23 Jul 2015

Remarks 1):- "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place on 24 July 2015 with adjustment to the number of outstanding HEVEA-WB shares, any shareholder who is entitled to receive HEVEA-WB additional shares may now sell any or all of his HEVEA-WB shares arising from adjustment consequent to the Share Split issue beginning the Ex-Date (21 July 2015). 

For example, if Mr X purchases 100 HEVEA-WB shares on cum basis on 20 July 2015, Mr X should receive 100 shares on 23 July 2015. Consequent to a Share Split issue, a total of 400 HEVEA-WB shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 23 July 2015 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the HEVEA-WB shares of 400 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 21 July 2015 onwards."

Remarks 2):- Holders of Warrants 2010/2020 ("Warrantholders") who wish to be entitled to the Share Split should exercise their Warrants 2010/2020 by lodging their duly completed exercise forms together with the relevant subscription monies with HeveaBoards Share Registrar on or before 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 14 July 2015 such that their names will appear on the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. Up to 122,141,898 additional Warrants 2010/2020 ("Additional Warrants") will be issued and allotted pursuant to the Adjustments. The exact number of Additional Warrants to be issued and allotted will depend on the number of outstanding Warrants 2010/2020 as at the Entitlement Date. The Additional Warrants will be listed and quoted simultaneously with the Subdivided Shares on 24 July 2015. The notice to Warrantholders setting out the details of the Adjustments and the notice of allotment of the Additional Warrants will be despatched in due course.
