The Board of Directors of Unique Fire wishes to announce that the Company had on 14 August 2024 entered into a joint venture agreement with Shanghai Mosafe Equipment Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Mosafe”) and Mosafe Protection Pte. Ltd. (“Singapore Mosafe”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Mosafe, for the purpose of regulating their respective rights, obligations and to record the arrangement amongst them as shareholders in respect of the establishment, ownership, management and operation of the joint venture company to be incorporated under the proposed name of “Unique Mosafe Sdn. Bhd.” (“JV Company”).
