We refer to the Company's announcements dated 2 August 2024 and 6 August 2024 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 15 August 2024, approved the listing and quotation of up to 30,467,698 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities, subject to the following conditions:

(i) YBS and RHB Investment Bank must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

(ii) YBS and RHB Investment Bank to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement;

(iii) YBS to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and

(iv) RHB Investment Bank to furnish Bursa Securities with details of the placees as per Rule 6.16 of the Listing Requirements for Bursa Securities' review, prior to the issuance/allotment of the Placement Shares.
